aniwae wanna wish everyone a Merry Xmas!!! coincidentally (actually it was planned la) i am on leave for this week..so haf time to really enjoy the break...but actually it was really busy..i still haven't realli had time to rest..shall elaborate further later on..sOoooOoo..how was your xmas? hope ya all had fun n enjoyed it! for me..i didn't feel as christmas-y this year as compared to the last...dunno y ley..prob of the rainy weather..=(

Out wif pri sch friends...very stressed coz i just started on my present for HIM..aniwae it was meant to be for his birthdae in jun..n i dragged till now..n after stressing for it...i still din manage to finish..meaning it's going to drag till next year vdae (if we are still tgt..haha)..felt kinda bad lor...coz i din do anithin for his birthdae n christmas...no presents n no interesting plans...*guilty*...i will try to come up with somethin..
Xmas eve
xmas lunch wif yl yl n sf at manhattan..that's the best we can get at short notice...n then we went off for shopping..now lots of sale going on..n yinglin went to get a perm..after being nagged by us (or mostly mi) for a few mths? her hair realli in a mess la..kaoz...n i heard after spending 400+bucks..it's still in a mess?!?!?!?
then went to meet HIM for dinner..he booked manhattan as well (oso at the short notice..we din even plan anithin..too lazy le)..so last min he got to cancel n tink of new place..n he wanted to bring mi to prego lor..kaoz..so expensive! (at least to me..i rather he give me the money! ahha)..so we ended up at Aerins...n not much pple leh..dunno is the bad economy or the rainy weather lor..such a quiet xmas eve..n after dinner i just went home..no usual late nite countdowns (though was supposed to meet yl yl for drinks..but all tired)..guess we are all old le..
n thanks to my colleague for inviting me to a traditional xmas wif turkey n ham..but i was too shy to attend...*blush*
Xmas
got a iLap and cookies from cookie man from HIM..hahah...he managed to get somethin from mi after i told him i might do something for him on xmas eve eve...n i din haf anithin for him..so mean of mi rite?!??!? *guilty* i will realli try super hard to finish wat i am doing n haf it ready by vdae! n oso to get a belated xmas pressie for him. went to watch Australia at nite..very nice!!! i would recommend it..even though to some it might be a bit too draggy towards the end..but it's worth the money! 165mins..so can go catch it if you got some time to kill...hahaha...n then it was home sweet home...such a uneventful christmas rite? but i kinda of liked it la...no crowds..is it coz of the economy again?? (managed to get tix on the evening itself leh! stunned)
Boxing day
stayed up late to do nails and mask till 3am..n then haf to wake up at 745am to attend church wedding...my first time attending a catholic church wedding...n it was a great experience! very interesting to mi..and they sing nice songs! but it was a small hall coz not much pple as it was friday..heard that their big hall is even more grand! ok mayb the next one! n the father was very engaging..his advice to newly weds, 'always say these 4 sentences...1) I was wrong 2) I am sorry 3) Pls forgive me and 4) I love you'...so to all, these four sentences will save and maintain your relationship! keep in mind..esp for the guys..coz you all will normally be the one saying them...ahahahahahah..
went for tea ceremony as well..nothin much one..
then pei him get his hair dyed
then i went home change for wedding dinner
super tiring lor..faints~..but tis dinner was for baby-watching..so many babies going ard..n instead of exchanging presents..they are exchanging babies..haha..u carry mine i carry yours...n the babies just keep going ard..haha so cute!
my after tots of this wedding...dunno y but i was more comfortable n at ease wif this one..n i tink he's very happy with it..hahaha...because there are more to come! one in may next year then another one in jan 2010..n prob another couple getting married as well..so many rite! they are queuing to get married lor..haha...but oso dunno we will last till then a not..n he insist i dun go to the gatherings much (3 times in 1.5 yrs)..so i will be expected to attend more in the coming yr...wish mi luck..hahha
so that's what i have been doing since i'm start my leave on xmas eve eve...n i got xmas party to attend tml as well...a few more gatherings upcoming next week...i shall look forward to after tml for some genuine slacking at home..=)
