I need to ahve a structured and organized work
environment and know what is expected of me. I
am drive to be responsible and to honor my
commitments. I want to manage and supervise
people, control data, and coordinate programs.
I prefer a work setting that is organized,
traditional, sensible, stable, and predictable.
Tasks must be clear and concrete, and I need to
feel that I am useful.
In School...
Of all the colors, I fit into the academic
environment most comfortably. You see, I got
by the rules, I know the difference between
right and wrong and I respect authority. I
value teachers who are well prepared and
provide that clear-cut step-by-step
instruction. I learn best in a setting that
provides direct instruction.
